- Context
- Creation of Nuclear Valley's DAS4 working group around the modularisation and industrialisation of nuclear projects.
- Challenge
- Share lessons learned and foster a shared vision among players with different stakes and cultures.
- Approach
- Initiated with a small team including VINCI, the initiative has progressively grown by bringing in new players as discussions and identified issues evolved.
The group now brings together around twenty participants from engineering firms, construction companies, SMR developers, owners and industrial players, around an approach based on sharing experience and building a collective understanding of modularisation challenges.
